NRL are currently looking to recruit a Programme Manager to manage the timely delivery of the Additional Works for MoD and Armed Forces housing/accommodation works and maintenance. This position will involve agreeing the scope and priorities of work.

This role will be on a contract basis deemed inside IR35.

Responsibilities
  • Liaison to agree scope & priority of works, agree & outline plans and review management of Additional Works on a regular basis.
  • Identify opportunities that will support the MoD’s carbon reduction targets.
  • Ensuring appropriate works plans and budgets are in place.
  • Managing activities to deliver all works within agreed financial budgets and timeframes.
  • Working in collaboration with other departments and colleagues to provide a consistent approach to delivering service.
Requirements
  • Demonstratable experience of managing a complex project management programme.
  • Previous experience of influencing Senior Managers
  • Experience operating in an MoD environment would be desirable.
  • Experience of the Asbestos at Work Act, DDA, energy performance, Sustainability etc.
