Project Engineer - Building
NRL are looking to recruit a Project Engineer on behalf of our client, to work within the Civil & Structures Project Team, to manage the delivery of the new building designs. This role will commence in March 2022 and will last for an initial 6 months.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing support to the project team in delivery of schedule, technical scope, contractual, financial and risk management functions.
Assisting the technical and project team in development of requirements, project scope and solutions for specific work packages.
Translate supply chain reporting into useable data to inform planning, monitoring and control of work packages.
Provide input to cost and budget monitoring.
Develop Stakeholder management and communications plans.
Contribute to the risk process including the identification, assessment, planning and implementation of risks, opportunities, and issues.
What you will need:
HNC / HND (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering discipline.
APM project management qualification (or equivalent).
IOSH (desirable).
Experience of working within a project environment, ideally with NEC contract experience
Experience in delivery of nuclear safety implicated structures, equipment or services would be of benefit.
