NRL are on the lookout for a Project EC&I Engineer for work in Somerset on a permanent basis.
Who we are looking for:
As a Containment Project Engineer, we are looking for someone that has experience in electrical project delivery and has the ability to solve issues relating to electrical systems including layout and installation. We require someone that can review designs and advise how to apply standards and fix issues.
Duties:
Aiding the delivery of design and manufacture of the cable containment
Reviewing design data
Ensuring a common set of layout rules is maintained
Liaising with European suppliers and designers
Requirements:
Degree in an electrical discipline
Experience of in delivering electrical projects
Ability to review designs and advise how to apply standards.
Problem solving ability
Will need to have or be able to obtain necessary security clearance
