NRL are looking for a Project HSE Manager to join one of our clients in a permanent position, a leading global engineering and construction organisation based in Kingston upon Thames.

As the Project HSE Manager you will be taking charge of Health, Safety & Environmental strategy and execution across current and future projects. You will lead a dedicated Project HSE Team, ensuring the development, implementation, and monitoring of robust safety management systems throughout the lifecycle of our projects.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading and developing a high-performing HSE team
Managing HSE contract administration
Applying IOGP and IMCA standards effectively
Overseeing subcontractor evaluation and management
Developing and maintaining key project HSE deliverables
Leading risk management processes & facilitating HSE readiness reviews
Ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
Planning and conducting internal HSE audits
Leading incident investigations and reporting
Education & Qualifications:
Degree level qualification as well as HSE Qualification
NEBOSH or equivalent HSE certification
Auditor and investigation certifications
Chartered Member of IOSH (preferred)
Experience:
Minimum 3 years working with an IMCA contractor
Minimum 3 years in Project HSE Management
