About the role:
- Assist define base scope, programmes and procedures for the management of projects in allocated work streams
- Direct and manage project management activity across allocated work streams
- Direct and manage change control across allocated work streams
- Review the organisational structure for improvement
- Define project delivery models for specific projects
- Direct and manage project forecasts, reporting, updates and risk management.
- Direct and manage liaison between work streams and other Doosan Babcock entities (engineering design, procurement, manufacturing, shipping, sub-contract, site and quality).
- Direct and manage financial aspects of allocated work streams, forecasting and reporting.
