NRL are currently looking for a Project Technical Administrator to work for a major building services contractor based in North Shields.

Temp to perm position 
37 hours a week Monday-Friday 
Hybrid role - Office, Home and Site 
PAYE 

Job duties:
Drawing control both electrically and manually, hanging drawings etc. on site visits
Minute taking at Monthly Operational Review’s and Contract Review Meeting’s all other required meeting attendances
Typing of minutes and documents as and when required inc. subcontractors fortnightly progress meetings
Assisting teams with tender packages and incoming information ensuring it is filed correctly so relevant return documentation can be raised. Assistance may be required from team with PowerPoint presentations and schedules.
Filing of correspondence electronically and engineer’s emails
Updating and downloading information from and to external website
Issuing SHE paperwork to site
Assisting site supervisors to ensure H&S files are kept up to date
Data inputting of Electrical Installation Certificates, building the templates using schedules and the LV schematics – Full training will be given and guidance always available
Building Operation & Maintenance manuals using established layouts and company information/orders. Support and reviews will be required from project engineers - Full training will be given and guidance always available
Chasing subcontractor SHE figures on a monthly basis – engineers to input these on Mosaic
Issues Operating Framework reports and reviewing regularly to see what is outstanding.
Answering calls and emails and assisting with general enquiries
Collating information to send enquiries out for tenders and recording responses to review from enquiries
Chase engineers for information as and when required
Going to site to attend set meetings, review drawings on the hangers and make sure all are current and correct, assisting with filing and emails. Starting the O&M’s as early as possible.


Who are we looking for?
An effective communicator with admin experience.
Ideally experience working on projects/ sites.
