About the role:
Provide QHS support for rail system procurements and for the QHS management of live contracts (currently cross passenger doors and slab track).
The tasks include:
- Preparation and formal control of QHS works information based on templated requirements
- PQQ and ITT assessments including moderation
- On boarding of contractors
- Review of contract deliverables, Quality plan, Health & Safety plan, audit plan etc
- Assessment of contractor's certification ISO 9001, ISO 45001
- Quality and Health and Safety management for awarded contracts
- Quality Manager background who has done Health and Safety
- Client Side experience with the contractors would be ideal
- The role is to develop Works Information and assessments of tender submissions for Rail Systems Contracts and to help on board the contractor
- There are currently 12+ Rail Systems Contract procurements underway at various stages
