NRL is currently looking for a Project Quality Manager for 12 months with a possible extension to be based in Linconshire.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop quality verification, quality reporting and report performance periodically as required by assigned project(s).

  • Liaise with the customer regarding quality matters.

  • Develop Project Assessment Plan for assigned project. 

  • Plan, develop and execute assessments and reviews as defined in the Project Assessment Plan.

  • Review and manage reporting and actions raised from assessments and reviews, including liaising with action owners to ensure timely resolution and closure.

  • Embed and deploy the aims of the Global Quality Policy into the assigned project(s).

  • Develop, document and deploy the assigned Project Quality Plan.

  • Develop, document and execute the assigned Project Assessment Plan, and report findings to the project team and (where required by contract) to the customer via the company Assurance System.

  • Analyze quality performance data and input to the project periodic reports as required by the project and where applicable the customer

  • Manage Project Quality support activity including quality planning, preventive action, non-conformance control, corrective action, audits and quality reporting and review.

  • Ensure effectiveness of quality planning to ensure that process controls and prerequisite product and service verification and inspection arrangements are established and resourced for the Project.

  • Act as the project Quality Representative for company

Essential:
Experience in managing Quality Assurance in major projects.
Must have welding certifications 
QMS Experience, preferably in the Oil and Gas Industry or other heavy industry.
Experience of process and system auditing, preferably in the Oil and Gas or other heavy industry.
Good knowledge of Management Systems, including ISO 9001, and its application to Corporate Certification.
Experienced in Oil and Gas (or other heavy industry) with management responsibility for a medium/large team.
Desirable:
Previously experience working in broader Quality Management (such as Supplier Quality Surveillance and Construction Quality).
