NRL recruitment are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join their Heysham branch. What you can expect from the role:
Writing job adverts and posting them on various job boards and our website
Sourcing suitable candidates for relevant contract positions that come through to the branch
Interacting with candidates through phone calls, email and social media to support job vacancies
Working on multiple vacancies across a variety of industry sectors to boost planning and organisational skills
Sending batch emails and texts to the candidate database to promote opportunities and gain updates
Keeping regular contact with existing candidates to ensure repeat work
Comprehensive training and support to help you develop communication, problem-solving and relationship building skills
What are we looking for?
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Desire to work as part of a team
Dedication to completing a job to the best of your ability
Great attention to detail skills
No prior experience is necessary as full training is provided, however previous experience in an office environment is desirable
