About the role:
Our client is currently recruiting for a Buyer to join our team in Tipton. This role will support the Transaction & Support Manager in the development and maintenance of the P2P process.
You will provide analytical and reporting support in conjunction the requests from the Procurement Leadership Team.
What you will need:
The successful candidate will provide information that will allow for improvements in excellence in the efficient processing; management and maintenance of the P2P mechanism and adherence to it; managing the function's system requirements; providing analytical support and insight and managing all reporting collation.
Other responsibilities will include:
Catalogue and contract management / maintenance database
Requisition receipting & loading, PO Creation and Administration
Management of Materials technical authority requirements
P-Card Administration including reconciliation
Supplier on boarding — PQQ administration
