Our client is a leading developer & Contractor building a mixed-use development in Dublin city centre. We are looking to speak with senior Project Manager with 10 + years’ experience from a T1 or T2 contractor working on high density projects. Interviews available via MS Teams and start dates will be ASAP
Qualification / Experience
- Degree Qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
- 10+ years post qualification experience
- Tier 1 / 2 Main Contractor experience at Project Manager / Contracts Manager level
- Managing contract values in the range of €10m – 50m
- Fast-track design / build experience in high density apartments delivery a distinct advantage
- Team leadership – over seeing technical teams of 5 – 20 personnel
- Delivery / performance mindset – understanding of production sequencing on building projects
- Commercial acumen and technical competency – understanding of high-density apartments construction
- Commitment to Health & Safety; Quality Standards and setting the team culture
- Design appreciation and understanding of modern methods of construction
- Customer focus, end-product quality commitment
- Team player and relationship builder
