NRL are currently working with a large M&E Contractor based in the North East looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor
Job Role
Undertaking of subcontractor procurement and administration
Preparation of valuations in relation to work
Cash collection in relation to project valuations
Preparation of profit/loss accounts for projects
Preparation of cash flow forecasts for projects
Resolution of commercial issues to minimise risk and maximise opportunity
Preparation of extension of time/loss and expense submissions
Work with the Commercial Manager to agree and produce main and subcontract final accounts
Ensure all subcontract management / process obligations are complete with reference to Procurement, Measurement and valuation, Contractual instructions / notices / orders as well as Health and Safety
Customer Satisfaction / Business Development
Development of relationships with clients
Corporate Policy / Procedure
Implementation and maintenance of client values
Conduct ethical and equitable business practice in line with these values
Implementation all relevant and appropriate company policies and procedures
Assistance in the development of best practice
