This role will be on initial 3 month contract.
The role is Remote, however must be able to travel to Liverpool as and when required.
- The ideal candidate will be looking after the Wales IOW and Wales and boarder contract based in Cardiff.
- Responsible for recruitment and advertising roles and shortlisting for Hiring Managers
- They will be responsible working towards a work demand plan where roles are forcasted ahead of time to enable preparation for recruitment.
- An active headhunter who is able to go out via various job boards and seek these workers,
- Using various job boards, Talent Link, ASM (to send the onboarding info to the team to complete these).
