Our client is a residential developer Working on residential projects both housing & Apartments in North Dublin & Dundalk.
We are recruiting for a senior Setting out Engineer for a long-term project in North county Dublin. This engineer will need to have 5 + years’ experience setting out RC Frame or housing projects in Ireland or the U.K with a Tier one Tier Two contractor. This role will be 60% setting out and 40% Site management.
Requirements:
- A third level Civil Engineering Degree or equivalent
- 4yrs experience in a similar role is desirable minimum
- Setting out experience is essential for this position.
- Proficient in the use of Topcon and/or a GPS Trimble EDM instrumentation
- Safe Pass / Full Driving Licence Required
