Commute: Ideally located within 30–45 minutes of the site
We are currently seeking two proactive and organised individuals to join a dynamic project team based in Ballydine, Clonmel. These roles offer long-term assignments supporting key functions in a fast-paced, professional environment.
🔹 Role 1: EHS Team SupportWork closely with the Environmental, Health & Safety team to ensure smooth coordination of site activities and documentation.
🔹 Role 2: Project & Construction Team Support. Provide administrative support to the project manager and construction team, helping drive project efficiency and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interacting with on-site teams and external stakeholders
- Coordinating site visits and managing induction processes for visitors and contractors
- Generating and editing project documentation including notes, presentations, and reports
- Managing stationery orders and overseeing deliveries to site
- General administrative duties to support day-to-day operations
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to learn and use internal systems (training provided)
- Previous experience in administrative or clerical roles preferred
