NRL are currently recruiting for a Site Administrator to work on a project in Smethwick.

Role Purpose:
Assist in the smooth running of the site office by dealing with providing administration support for all site staff.

Duties include:
Process incoming and outgoing post including courier services when required.
Administration support for the Operations/Site Teams
Back up admin for head office departments when required i.e. SHE, HR, Labour Manager etc
Assist in the preparation of Tender Documents
Responsible for the stocking of site stationery cupboard and ordering site stationery
Responsible for booking of meeting rooms and working lunches when required
Provide a history of all drawing and document receipts and issues
Ensure that all drawings and documents are issued to third parties within an agreed timescale
Responsible for administration of induction software and organisation/ electronic filing of H&S documentation

Ensure that all relevant project extranets are checked and actioned on a daily basis or as and when required
To communicate with the project teams to ensure that their distribution requirements are being met and that we are not over or under managing the project.
Must be able to manage time effectively, and demonstrate an ability to prioritise tasks.
Needs to be a good communicator at all levels, and have the ability to question tasks from all parties in a sensitive manner.
Confident with Microsoft Office packages
Requires good data input skills, must be quick and accurate.
Must be structured and organised in approach to work.
Must work well as part of a team
General office duties

The project is expected to run until March 2022.

36-38 hours a week.
