HR Business Partner - Remote
An industry leader in the infrastructure and engineering sector is looking to recruit HR Business Partner on a remote basis.
The role involves monthly meetings in either Birmingham, Oxford, or London.
About the role:
Developing a people plan reflecting talent development
Monitoring key performance metrics and identifying trends in order to improve performance
Overseeing HR service delivery
Overseeing the application of policies and practices within the business
Embedding the inclusion agenda at Business Unit Level
What you will need:
A background in the Professional Services/IT/Tech industry
Experience in talent development
Business partnering experience
