Our client is one of Ireland's leading housing developers. We are looking for a site foreman for a large housing development in North Dublin. The successful Candidate will have will have worked in a similar capacity previously with a housing developer or contractor in the U.K or Ireland.
Requirements:
- Trade background preferable
- Large scale housing experience desirable (Timber Frame)
- Excellent working knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards
- The successful candidate will have worked as a site foreman for a main contractor or developer in Ireland or the U.K previously.
