Our client is a leading developer & contractor building a mixed-use development in Dublin city centre. We are looking to speak with senior Site Manager with 10 + years’ experience from a T1 or T2 contractor working on high density projects. Interviews available via MS Teams and start dates will be ASAP
Qualification / Experience
- Diploma Qualified in Engineering, Construction Management or Trades Management background
- 10+ years industry experience including apartments
- Tier 1 / 2 Residential Main Contractor experience
- Safety / Site Management qualification or training an advantage
- Team leadership – over seeing site teams of 5 – 10 direct personnel plus subcontractors
- Delivery / performance driven
- Organised mindset with understanding of efficient production sequencing / coordination on building projects
- Technical competency – understands apartment construction, Building Regulations
- Commitment to Health & Safety; Quality Standards and setting the team culture
- Customer focus, end-product quality commitment
- Team player and relationship builder
