Join out client at the forefront of energy transition and offshore innovation. As Site Quality Control Manager, you’ll lead a team of 10 supervisors and inspectors, ensuring the highest standards of quality control across our ENI Liverpool Bay Project. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a major decommissioning and carbon capture initiative, shaping the future of sustainable energy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate site Quality Control activities across welding, painting, mechanical, and other disciplines
Manage and mentor a team of QC Supervisors and Inspectors, ensuring seamless execution of quality tasks
Serve as the primary point of contact for all QC-related matters, liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Support the Project Quality Manager in defining and implementing the Project Quality Control System
Allocate QC responsibilities across project areas and ensure effective onsite coordination
Oversee and verify all internal and subcontracted tests, inspections, and documentation, including mechanical completion
Ensure full compliance with the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) and distribute QC plans/procedures accordingly
Maintain accurate documentation and records to support project completion and quality reviews
Collect and report QC data for project reviews and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
Experience: Minimum 10 years in a QC management role within offshore Oil & Gas project environments
Education: Engineering degree required
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of welding processes, Oil & Gas facilities, and pipeline systems
Certifications: Welding Inspector certification is a strong advantage
