NRL are currently looking for a positive, high energy, self-driven team player to join the team at Hams Hall.

The ideal candidate must hold a forklift truck licence and is also able to frequently lift and carry materials weighing up to 25lbs. A minimum of two years of store keeping experience and working in a warehouse environment is essential to the role. You also need excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively. Experience in using Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Role Responsibilities


  • Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals from the Store

  • Receive, unload, and shelve supplies and goods received

  • Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, and labelling supplies

  • Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping

  • Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses

  • Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control

  • Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs

  • Dynamic Health and Safety Risk Assessment as required

  • Defect identification and reporting

  • To undertake training as the Business requires and be willing to train others, sharing your experience and expertise

  • Undertake any other duties from time to time as appropriate to the Business needs.
