Overview:
Sellafield Ltd awarded a 20-year contract to four organisations in May 2019, which will help deliver the site’s decommissioning programme, with KBR acting as the Integration Partner
Responsibilities:
- Delivery of procurement in line with baseline schedule meeting Operating Targets.
- Management & Control & Update of the Procurement Schedule on a weekly basis – including presentation of 4wk look a head
- Management & Control of Design workload – milestone reporting
- Plan of the week preparation & reporting
- Weekly report updates and milestone reporting
- Stakeholder Management Plan update and implement engagement plan
- Create IAAP and maintain
- Assurance Log maintenance including regular engagement / reviews with IPAG
- Maintain resource tracker / org chart
- Cost reporting / Estimate / Risk management each month
- Management and Control of IT issues
- Develop team building approach and ways of testing morale within the team
- Lead on My Contribution – vision / objective setting
- Development of Industry Day Execution Plans and Manage the implementation
- Development of SQ & Tender (including Negotiations) Execution Plans and Manage the implementation
- Management and Control of Risk Register / Model
- Management & Control of Project Boards – Act as Secretary
- Share the Management & Control of MPIC Portfolio Boards – Act as Secretary
- Involved in the development of contract schedules / contract – will be transferring to post contract management team supporting Category Manager
- Support in delivering Mitigation actions to improve working arrangements / recover lost time
- Develop Visual Management reports for stakeholders / SPA
- Support Competition Lead in the development and roll-out of training packages for SQ / ACEM
- Supply and demand management
Special Skills or Experience Required:
- Project Management skills – Planning, Management & Controlling of Integrated Project Team members.
- Good Communication skills to support stakeholder engagement
- Past experience of Sub-Contract Management within the Supply Chain
- Procurement (PCR 2015) knowledge These must be linked to the scope deliverables and the required grades desirable but not essential
