NRL are currently recruiting for a Team Administrator on a temp to perm basis for one of our large clients based in Milton Keynes
This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days in the office.

Experience:
  • Previous PA/Business Support experience – desirable
  • Proven experience of multi-tasking and prioritising in a demanding environment
  • Evidence of some project coordination

Role Responsibilities:

  • Effectively balance the priorities of a number of directors
  • Manage the diary for all directors within remit
  • Coordinate travel logistics UK and abroad, including trains, flights and accommodation
  • Use the SAP finance system for invoice processing
  • Work to the highest levels of accuracy with good attention to detail
  • Coordinate both internal and external meetings, including room booking, arranging agendas, preparing papers, ordering catering, taking minutes where appropriate
  • Proactively filter, respond to and follow through on all queries, calls and emails
  • Prioritise own workload and respond to frequently changing demands
  • Confidently communicate to senior management both internally and externally
  • Liaise with other Business Support roles and Senior Management both internally and externally
  • Develop good working relationships with directors and other business support roles
  • Support the production of presentations and documents for meetings as required
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Required to present a professional image internally and externally
  • Ensure divisional/functional/corporate reputation and brand is maintained internally and externally
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Complete administrative duties in connection with the role and specific project support as required
  • Decisions making for this role will be within a well-defined framework with reference to a Senior Manager/Director
 
Qualifications:
High level of GCSE (or equivalent) or experience in similar/same role

Skills:
  • First class verbal and written communication
  • Able to develop and maintain good working relationships at all levels
  • Excellent customer liaison skills
