On behalf of our client, Nrl Recruitment are looking for an experienced Coded Welder (Stainless TIG) to join our client’s team, fabricating and welding stainless steel pipework and components to a high standard.
You will work primarily in the workshop, following drawings and P&IDs, with occasional travel to client sites. 

Duration: Staff / Perm Role
Location:   Simonswood, Liverpool, L33 
Rate:  Your requested salary will be considered
Hours: F/T


The Role
You’ll be fabricating and welding stainless pipework and components to a high standard, working from drawings and P&IDs. Most of your time will be workshop-based, with occasional travel to sites.
Our client specialise in bioenergy heating solutions — i.e., renewable energy derived from biomass (wood-fuel) and biomethane rather than fossil fuels. Key areas of focus include: Biomass heating / biomass boilers — heating systems powered by renewable wood-fuel.

 
What You’ll Need
  • Coded for stainless TIG welding (essential)
  • 5+ years’ fabrication experience, working independently from drawings/P&IDs
  • Strong background in pipework: Sch10/40 and thin-walled 304 & 316 stainless
  • Purge welding experience
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Willingness to work away occasionally
 
Not needed, but great if you’ve got experience with:
  • Gas or heating pipework
  • Pipe fitting (flanges, valves, pumps)
