 Job Opportunity: Training Administrator

Location: Radar Road, Leicester 
Full-Time | 12-month contract

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Training Administrator to join our team and help deliver high-quality training across the organisation on a 12-month contact based in Leicester on a hybrid basis.

About the Role
As a Training Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in coordinating and supporting training activities across departments. You’ll be the first point of contact for all training-related queries, ensuring smooth administrative processes and excellent customer service. A key part of your role will involve managing ECITB funding claims, working closely with internal teams to ensure timely and compliant submissions.

 Key Responsibilities
  • Organise and schedule training sessions (instructor-led, virtual, eLearning), workshops, and learning events.
  • Liaise with internal teams, external providers, and stakeholders to coordinate training delivery.
  • Provide technical support for virtual training platforms and troubleshoot learner issues.
  • Maintain accurate training records and databases in line with data protection policies.
  • Use internal platforms to manage course enrolments, completions, and reporting.
  • Track training requests and budgets, ensuring timely communication of logistics.
  • Own the ECITB funding reclaim process, ensuring all eligible training evidence is captured and submitted.
  • Generate reports on training activity, completion rates, and funding claims.
  • Support the development of training documentation, templates, and SOPs.
  • Contribute to identifying training gaps and process improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Level 2 standard (GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths).
  • NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with LMS or digital training platforms.
Experience
  • Proven experience in training administration or coordination.
  • Experience organising training across multiple formats.
  • Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
  • Experience working with internal stakeholders and external providers.
