NRL are proud to be working in partnership with Pentland Brands to be recruiting for a Team
Leader, to assist in the day to day running of their Washington based warehouse.

centre is home to the brands; Berghaus, Mitre and Canterbury.

Key Responsibilities:
• To assist the operations manager in all operations throughout the warehouse
• Ensure that all people and operations are focused on achieving maximum service to our
brands
• Supervise the activity of the warehouse team to ensure the day’s tasks are achieved on time
• Identify and resolve problems as they arise throughout the day and communicate with your
team to resolve
• Supervise the use of staff and material resource including warehouse space, racking and
consumables
• Ensure all members of the team are multi-skilled within the warehouse
• To accommodate and identify changing priorities whilst thinking ahead to plan workload
• Undertake performance appraisals and proactively deal with performance issues including
training to addressing shortfalls in performance
• Ensure health and safety policies are adhered too, creating a safe working environment

Shift Pattern:
• This position is Monday to Friday.
• Your shift patters would be 6am-14:15pm and 11am-19:15pm (rotating on a weekly basis).

Requirements:
• Warehouse experience
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication, planning and organisational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to motivate a team
