Farnborough
Farnborough is a market town in the Rushmoor district of Hampshire. It's known as the Gateway to the South East and has a population of more than 55,000 people. As well as historical sites and picturesque scenery, there are a great variety of attractions including vintage cars, fairs, museums and bakeries.
Farnborough is a major business hub with thriving high-tech industries and blue-chip companies including Dyson, who are based here. The engineering sector in Farnborough is a strong and diverse part of the UK economy. It focuses on the supply of services, products and technology to a wide range of industries globally.
Farnborough has excellent transport links, with easy access to the M25, A3 and M3 motorways. Farnborough train station is on the London Waterloo to Southampton railway line and services also connect Farnborough to Aldershot and Reading. There are direct trains into London approximately every 30 mins.
