Role Purpose
Lead and deliver responsibilities for BIM Lead in a multi-storey data centre construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage BIM execution plans and ensure compliance with project standards
- Coordinate multidisciplinary models (CSA, MEP, architectural)
- Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts using Navisworks/Revit
- Maintain model integrity and version control throughout the project lifecycle
- Train and support project teams on BIM processes and tools
- Liaise with design consultants, contractors, and client representatives
- Ensure data accuracy for handover and facility management
- Relevant experience in data centre or mission-critical projects
- EU nationality (work permit compliance)
- Strong technical and leadership skills
Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
