Role Purpose Lead and deliver responsibilities for Commercial Manager in a multi-storey data centre construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting
- Manage procurement strategy and subcontractor negotiations
- Administer contracts (FIDIC/NEC or similar) and change control processes
- Ensure compliance with EU construction and commercial standards
- Prepare monthly commercial reports for senior leadership
- Mitigate financial risks and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and legal teams
- Relevant experience in data centre or mission-critical projects
- EU nationality (work permit compliance)
- Strong technical and leadership skills
Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
