Role Responsibilities:
- Support the re-launch and execution of the FY21 employee communications plan for the UKIII sub region such as:
- Support leadership communication sessions
- Establish and manage ‘Ask management’ mailbox
- Regularly produce the monthly UKIII newsletter and maintain distribution list
- Source, research, and write articles
- Develop simple communications plan for projects with guidance from the Comms Lead
- Manage the UKIII Yammer site including regularly producing relevant copy
- Edit to house style and publish content on the CorpNEWS (Sharepoint based news intranet site)
- Support the UK D&IB (Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging) action team
- Support specific projects as advised by the Head of European Communication including but not limited to European-wide HR communication initiatives.
Role Requirements:
- Relevant experience gained from an inhouse or agency environment
- Experience in copywriting and editing
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- The ability to take your own initiative, self motivated, confident, and proactive
- A great team player; ability to connect with people remotely and build a network - even once we all return to the office, the majority of our contacts are based at remote sites
- A degree in PR, communications, journalism or relevant field
