About the role:
Our client provide bespoke, cost effective, fit-for-purpose and environmentally responsible decommissioning services. They provide a vast range of services across the full decommissioning lifecycle from initial studies offshore, to onshore dismantlement and recycling at our facilities in Europe and Asia.
What you will need:
- The safe and efficient operation of the Decommissioning Facility and Projects
- Support the delivery of multi-discipline oil & gas decommissioning projects including interface with subcontractors, and site, projects and engineering teams
- The day-to-day supervision of the operations personnel and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety systems, environmental and license obligations, regulations, specifications and company processes & procedures
- Effective management and deployment of site resources, and plant & equipment
- Delivery of multidisciplinary dismantlement & recycling projects within agreed HSEQ, budgetary, schedule, and stakeholder expectations
- Identification and mitigation of project risks and schedule growth, experienced with management of change, scope deviations and meeting reporting obligations
- Develop, manage and improve safe systems of work across all site operations
- Waste management and compliance activities, ensuring safe handling of hazardous and non-hazardous materials and maximum reuse and recycling
- Provide leadership with site Health, Safety, Environment & Quality efforts
Qualification:
- Minimum CCDO Demolition Supervisor Card
- IOSH Managing Safely Course is preferred
- WAMITAB Level 4 Certificate would be advantageous
- Knowledge of The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015
- RPS Course preferred
- Demonstrable operations team leadership experience in the management of oil & gas operations / decommissioning / deconstruction operations
- Experience in heavy plant and equipment operations, personnel management and HSEQ accountability
