Own the pipelines. Shape the platform. Drive reliability — in a role that requires British citizenship due to security‑restricted work, and is ideal for DevOps engineers based in the North West.

We’re looking for a DevOps & Cloud Operations Engineer who wants to take real ownership. Someone who thrives across cloud operations, CI/CD, automation, and platform stability — and who’s ready to play a key role in strengthening security, improving environments, and coordinating the hybrid infrastructure that supports the business.

If you want variety, influence, and a route toward senior DevOps leadership, this is it.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and improve CI/CD pipelines across .NET, Angular and Next.js.
  • Build and manage Infrastructure‑as‑Code with Terraform.
  • Drive automation, environment consistency, monitoring, alerting and reliability.
  • Support cloud operations across Azure, GCP and M365.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers on on‑prem servers, upgrades and incident management.
  • Help strengthen Cyber Essentials Plus and ISO 27001 readiness.
  • Drive documentation, process improvement and technical best practice.
What You’ll Bring
  • 2–5 years in DevOps, cloud or infrastructure engineering.
  • CI/CD pipeline experience and comfort with scripting (PowerShell, Bash or Python).
  • Exposure to Azure/GCP/AWS and hybrid environments.
  • Understanding of networking, VPNs, firewalls or on‑prem systems.
  • Strong communicator who can manage suppliers and collaborate across teams.
Nice to have:
Terraform, M365/Intune, observability tooling, hybrid‑infrastructure experience.

Who You Are
Proactive. Structured. Calm under pressure. Someone who likes owning problems end‑to‑end and is motivated by improving systems, tightening security and building scalable infrastructure.

Requirements
  • Permanent role — candidates must be based in the North West of England
  • British citizenship is essential due to security‑restricted project work
