Build real solutions. Shape ideas. Grow into a broader technical role — all while working on security‑restricted projects that require British citizenship.
This permanent role is for developers based in the North West who want to influence both the thinking and the doing.

We’re hiring a Mid‑Level Full Stack Developer who wants more than just coding tickets. This is a role for someone who enjoys solving real business problems, getting involved early in discovery, and helping shape solutions before bringing them to life across the full stack.

If you’re ambitious, curious, and looking for a genuine development path, this is the move.

What You’ll Do
  • Build full‑stack features across modern JavaScript frameworks and backend services.
  • Develop UI components, APIs, and supporting application logic.
  • Help create prototypes, PoCs and demos that bring ideas to life.
  • Support technical discovery: workshops, requirements gathering, documentation.
  • Translate early concepts into structured technical tasks and solution approaches.
  • Collaborate with offshore teams and participate in code reviews.
  • Contribute to engineering standards, best practice and internal frameworks.
What You’ll Bring
  • 2–4+ years as a full‑stack developer.
  • Experience with a major JS framework (React, Vue, Angular).
  • Backend experience (Node.js, .NET or similar).
  • Solid grasp of databases and data modelling.
  • Clear communicator who can simplify complexity.
  • Proactive, curious, and comfortable working across multiple streams.
Nice to have (but learnable):
BI tooling exposure, workshop experience, distributed team collaboration, diagramming/workflow skills.

Who You Are
Curious. Analytical. Someone who enjoys shaping problems as much as solving them. Ambitious about growing into solution design, architecture or technical leadership.

Requirements
  • Permanent role – must be based in the North West of England
  • British citizenship required due to security‑restricted project work
