Purpose: Carry out routine and corrective maintenance on PV plant electrical equipment to maximise availability and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Execute preventive maintenance and inspections per schedule.
Diagnose and repair faults on inverters, transformers and protection devices.
Locate cable faults and verify connection integrity.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and logbooks.
Adhere to HSE procedures; support outage execution.
Coordinate with engineers and supervisors on technical issues.
Qualifications & Experience
Technical Certificate/Associate Diploma in Electrical Maintenance.
3–5 years’ experience in plant electrical maintenance; PV preferred.
Proficiency with schematics, testing tools and safe work practices.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
