Purpose: Execute routine and corrective maintenance on BESS electrical equipment to ensure safe, reliable operation.
Key Responsibilities
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and inspections.
Diagnose and repair faults on transformers, switchgear and control devices.
Test circuits/wiring; verify insulation and termination integrity.
Update maintenance logs and support spares/inventory control.
Work to HSE procedures; support outage activities when needed.
Collaborate with engineers on improvements and RCA.
Qualifications & Experience
Technical Certificate/Associate Diploma in Electrical Maintenance.
3–5 years’ plant electrical maintenance experience; BESS exposure preferred.
Knowledge of electrical safety, testing and documentation.
Teamwork and effective collaboration skills.
