Location & Project Context: North West Saudi Arabia – Vision 2030 Renewable Energy Project
Purpose: Lead electrical O&M of utility-scale battery energy storage systems (BESS), safeguarding performance and compliance.


 

Key Responsibilities

Oversee preventive/corrective maintenance of BESS electrical components.

Troubleshoot failures; perform root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

Monitor system performance and implement reliability improvements.

Plan outages and coordinate commissioning/testing activities.

Ensure SAP/CMMS documentation accuracy and spares management.

Promote HSE culture and emergency response readiness.

 

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

8–10 years’ experience in power plants; BESS experience strongly preferred.

Knowledge of protection, controls, and OEM maintenance philosophies.

Experience with CMMS (SAP) and project/change management.

 

Additional Information
