NRL are looking to recruit 2 HR Advisors who specialise in Payroll to join the HR Team at an industry leader in the infrastructure and engineering sector.

The role is initially for 3 months and will be largely remote. However, successful applicants are expected to attend the Liverpool office twice a week.

About the role:

The role will involve assisting with Service Delivery across People Services. Supporting a quality assured function within the service level agreements and Key Performance Indicators.

You will deliver best practice in accordance with legislative, policy, and government requirements.

The role will involve supporting and influencing an efficient, cost effective, customer orientated, service operating model.

The key responsibilities of the role include:
  • Transacting high-risk processing within areas such as TUPE transfers, restructures, redundancy exercises, Visa & Immigration
  • Supporting Quality Assurance of transactional activity
  • Assisting with Audit requests
  • Assisting with documentation and process review to ensure that they comply with both legislative and company standards
  • Operating in line with Summary of Responsibilities (PR-001_02), Sentinel Scheme for Railway Activities (PO-01) and Sentinel Rules
What you will need:
  • A Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Previous experience working in HR
  • Experience in documentation and process review
  • An understanding of HMRC regulations
  • Previous experience with handling payslips
