Role Responsibilities:
- Leadership and management of the Land Delivery Team
- Operational oversight of the Land Delivery Process (including FLAB)
- Act as the Phase 2a representative in FLAB workshops
- Act as a point of contact and interface with L&P and Delivery SPMs and PMs
- Coordinate timely and accurate delivery of land requests
- Lead meetings with relevant parties to enable effective Land Delivery
- Change management
- MI reporting (incl. MBR, Programme Review etc.)
- Manage team responsible for providing inputs into GIS
- Coordinate the development and implementation of an Integrated Land Possession Programme
- Support the Programme Integration and Improvement Office to provide coherence and coordination across all Work Packages and functions within Phase 2a
- Monitor and update Land Access attempts, refusals and feed into enforcement decision making process
- Act as the liaison between the Land Programme Board and 2a Delivery teams
- Enable and support contractor readiness and onboarding support (namely Advanced Civil Works and Design Delivery Partner)
- Oversight of the Farm Packs development and Agriculture Liaison Service to support engagement activity to enable land delivery
