NRL are currently recruiting on behalf of an engineering consultancy that requires a Landscape Design Support for work on HS2 on a contract initially for 6 months, based in Euston, London.
Role Responsibilities:
Develop a jointly agreed approach with these IPTs to address any functional, design and integration deficiencies relating to high risk landscape areas;
Provide technical advice and support to the delivery teams within HS2 Ltd;
Attend progressive assurance meetings in line with the latest HS2 VAP matrix to test the maturity of the process and procedures underpinning a design.

Undertake assurance via eB of deliverables and attend design review meetings;
Upload site-based assurance forms to HORACE;
Develop strategies, plans and procedures as required;
Develop a jointly agreed approach with relevant IPTs (Phase 1) to address any functional deficiencies relating to high risk landscape areas;
Provide technical advice and support to the delivery teams within HS2 Ltd;
Attend progressive assurance meetings in line with the latest HS2 VAP matrix in order to test the maturity of the process and procedures underpinning a design.
Provide regular progress reports and updates to the Head of Landscape (HoL).
