Select appropriate sampling and in-situ testing methods (CPT, boreholes, vane shear, etc.).
2. Data Analysis & Reporting
Interpret soil laboratory test results (triaxial, consolidation, cyclic testing).
Develop geotechnical design parameters (shear strength, stiffness, bearing capacity).
Prepare Geotechnical Interpretive Reports (GIRs) and Foundation Design Reports (FDRs).
3. Foundation Design Support
Provide geotechnical input for pile design, suction caissons, and shallow foundations.
Perform axial and lateral pile capacity calculations (API, DNV, ISO methods).
Perform pile installation analysis (pile drivability, refusal, set-up effects).
Support FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) and detailed design phases.
4. Compliance & Standards
Ensure adherence to ISO 19901-8, API RP 2GEO, DNV-RP-C212, and client specifications.
