Working with a global engineering consultancy, NRL are looking for Principal Electrical Engineers on a contract basis (outside IR35). The work will be based on site in Leatherhead.

The Role:

Principal Electrical Engineer with demonstrable experience of designing large industrial power systems for Oil and Gas or Energy transition for Middle East Pre-FEED and FEED work. The work will be on high value Middle Eastern Design projects within the Energy sector (O&G / Renewables / Carbon Capture).

You will need:

  • Experience of sizing and selection of high voltage equipment, Large Frequency convertors,  AC/ DC UPS systems etc.

  • Development of specifications and philosophies

  • Power Systems Studies (ETAP or equivalent).

  • Brownfield tie-ins for Greenfield plants
