Working on the Sizewell C Project
Lead performance. Drive clarity. Shape delivery on one of the UK’s most significant nuclear infrastructure programmes.
We’re looking for a Project Controls Manager to play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of the Sizewell C project. You’ll bring structure, insight and forward‑looking analysis across cost, schedule, risk, change and reporting — turning complex data into meaningful, actionable intelligence for project leadership.

What you’ll do
  • Manage and integrate all project controls functions across cost, schedule, risk, change and reporting.
  • Produce high‑quality month‑end reporting and lead performance review sessions.
  • Coordinate and assure project controls data from supply chain partners.
  • Drive progress reporting, forecasting, variance analysis and opportunities for improvement.
  • Present clear narrative and insight to senior stakeholders.
  • Support digital‑first ways of working and continuous improvement in project controls delivery.
What you’ll bring
  • Strong experience delivering project controls across large, complex infrastructure programmes.
  • Competence across multiple control functions — cost, estimating, planning, risk and change.
  • Solid understanding of earned value analysis and performance measurement.
  • Ability to lead within a matrix environment and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Confident communicator with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Desirable
  • Professional recognition (AACE, PMI, APM etc.).
  • Experience with modern reporting/analytics tools such as Power BI.
  • Knowledge of NEC/FIDIC contracts and/or nuclear sector experience.
Why apply?
You’ll join a supportive, forward‑thinking organisation that encourages innovation, collaboration and continuous development. Expect hybrid working, Central London office presence, strong career progression opportunities, and a culture that genuinely invests in its people.
