About the role:
- Perform tasks as directed by Client Capital Projects lead on site
- Ability to work on complex, multi-faceted equipment projects independently and take accountability for ensuring delivery
- Producing project proposals, feasibility studies, concept design and cost proposals for approval
- Generation and management through to completion of User Requirement Specifications, Validation test packs etc
- Supervision of multi-discipline engineering teams and contractors
- Establishing and maintaining detailed project plans
- Project reporting on cost and schedule adherence
- Ensure full compliance with Clients processes and procedures
- Advanced user skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Mechanical/Equipment Engineer discipline degree qualification, with experience in pharmaceutical industry.
- Individual will have executed previous technical projects on a pharmaceutical site before.
- Individual will have considerable experience of regulatory requirements for delivering in pharmaceutical projects e.g. FDA, MHRA, GMP, Validation processes
- Individual will have experience of directly managing teams in excess of 10 personnel.
- Individual will have considerable experience in working collaboratively within an integrated client’s team
- Individual will have experience in Packaging, Solid Dose equipment
