Quality Assurance Engineer (Specialist)

Due to the expansion of our client business, they require a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist. As a QA Specialist you work on improving the quality of tenders and projects. You manage the expectations and interests from a quality perspective of all parties involved and report to the QHSE Manager. In this role you are working closely with other teams within the QHSE-department.

Your responsibilities:
  • As a QA Specialist within our client, you ensure adequate quality assurance on corporate and project level. You are responsible for improving QA documentation and processes in the company Management System and on our projects. You do this by interacting with the project teams and stakeholders. You are also responsible for:
  • Preparation of new and revised procedures and instructions;
  • Preparation of tender reviews and giving support of tender teams in quality matters;
  • Supporting start-up of new projects;
  • Internal and external audits;
  • Risk management;
Job requirements:
  • You are an experienced QA engineer, who can communicate excellently on customer and project management level. With your analytical skills, your writing skills and your conceptual and process way of thinking you support our project teams. Furthermore, you bring along: 
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or similar;
  • Degree or certified proficiency in Quality Management is a pre;
  • Extensive experience in Quality Assurance roles, preferably in the Offshore Wind or Offshore Oil & Gas business;
  • Experience in steel and/or construction works;
  • Experience with process engineering;
  • Experience with working with technical norms and standards
