NRLs client based in Fawley is looking to recruit a dynamic Senior Health & Safety Advisor - managerial level, to support the client on a brand new, longterm, large scale civils/construction project. This is a permanent staff role. Civils knowledge in Re-informed concrete is a requirement for this role. 

About the role:

  • You will be keen and experienced both office based, and hands on, on site
  • Be comfortable in managerial office skills - reports etc
  • previous experience within a regulated environment would be ideal
  • Dealing directly with the client , and other parts of the group - relationship skills. 
  • Carry out safety discussions; Job safety analysis; permit to work
  • Ensure and improve the safety on site
  • Update of safety documentation
  • The interface with Client HSE representatives
  • Participation in Client meetings
  • Monitoring HSE indicators
  • NEBOSH would be required alongside CSCS card.

What you will need?

  • Senior level HSE Experience
  • Experience within Civil/Construction - Groundworks & Roads ideal. 
  • Experience with reinforced concrete is required.
