NRLs client based in Fawley is looking to recruit a dynamic Senior Health & Safety Advisor - managerial level, to support the client on a brand new, longterm, large scale civils/construction project. This is a permanent staff role. Civils knowledge in Re-informed concrete is a requirement for this role.
About the role:
- You will be keen and experienced both office based, and hands on, on site
- Be comfortable in managerial office skills - reports etc
- previous experience within a regulated environment would be ideal
- Dealing directly with the client , and other parts of the group - relationship skills.
- Carry out safety discussions; Job safety analysis; permit to work
- Ensure and improve the safety on site
- Update of safety documentation
- The interface with Client HSE representatives
- Participation in Client meetings
- Monitoring HSE indicators
- NEBOSH would be required alongside CSCS card.
What you will need?
- Senior level HSE Experience
- Experience within Civil/Construction - Groundworks & Roads ideal.
- Experience with reinforced concrete is required.
