Purpose Lead and deliver responsibilities for Senior PM – CSA in a multi-storey data centre construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee CSA scope from design through construction and commissioning
- Develop and implement project execution plans for CSA works
- Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with specifications and EU regulations
- Monitor progress, budgets, and risk registers; report to Project Director
- Coordinate with MEP, BIM, and commercial teams to ensure seamless integration
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as primary CSA point of contact
- Drive health, safety, and quality compliance across all CSA activities
- Relevant experience in data centre or mission-critical projects
- EU nationality (work permit compliance)
- Strong technical and leadership skills
Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
