NRL are on the lookout for a Senior Training Content Developer for 6 month contract working on Devonport.

We are looking for somebody to deliver new design output and SAT compliant instructional design and courseware development solutions to meet customer requirements. To deliver high quality training content and courseware services against defined standards and outputs.

Duties:
  • Operational Management: Support the Team Leader in training content development activity such that resources are identified, utilised and developed to meet the business requirements
  • Performance Management: Support the Team Leader in developing an effective team to deliver business requirements. Assist in ensuring that team members are able to meet their full potential and maximise unit performance
  • Training Design Standards: Support use of the application of appropriate Training Content design practices and techniques that are necessary to deliver a quality product and contractual and other documented requirements
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively proposes changes and developments in working practices ensuring compliance with SAT and achieve best practice to maintain and improve quality standards
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and develop positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders through appropriate management of expectations. Applied knowledge of effective and appropriate communication styles and the ability to use and adapt approaches to various contexts to support team outputs
