About the role:
- To be responsible for the day to day running and security of their site
- To provide and display an effective, efficient reactive and planned maintenance service for the school
- To provide an exceptional customer service/ care to the establishment, maintaining good working relationships with all teaching and non-teaching staff, pupils, and visitors
- Full enhanced DBS clearance
- Excellent customer service skills
- A proven track record of practical maintenance/Management Skills
- A working knowledge of Health and Safety, Method Statements and Risk Assessments
- Good IT Skills (Desirable)
