NRL is currently looking for a Subcontract Specialist for a Staff or Contract basis.
Role Context:
Identify, solicit and select reliable contractors to supply consultant, speciality and construction services to support project execution.
Negotiate terms & conditions, prepare contracts, monitor contractor performance and delivery of services to meet objectives.
Provide agreed approvals and supporting documentation for payment of invoices to ensure the required services to company and its clients.
You will:
Gather and compile data essential to the administration of contracts.
Under general supervision, assisting with the implementation of contracts administration procedures and coordinates or monitors the completion of administrative tasks.
Administering activities associated with contracts for services, purchase of equipment, materials, or products.
Participates in and/or conducts proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration and customer contact activities:
