Location & Project Context: North West Saudi Arabia – Vision 2030 Renewable Energy Project
Purpose: Lead electrical maintenance and reliability engineering for PV plants, driving safe operations and continuous performance improvement.


 

Key Responsibilities

Plan and supervise preventive/corrective maintenance of PV electrical systems.

Diagnose complex faults; conduct root-cause analyses and implement solutions.

Monitor equipment performance and execute improvement projects/modifications.

Support outage planning and execution to meet scope, cost and schedule targets.

Ensure SAP/CMMS data integrity and accurate maintenance records.

Champion HSE compliance and contractor oversight.

 

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

8–10 years’ experience in power generation, with strong PV exposure.

Knowledge of CMMS (SAP preferred), predictive maintenance and project delivery.

Excellent planning, stakeholder management and technical reporting skills.
